from your registered phone number or registered email id. You can raise the request 72hrs before the current plan expiry date. We’ll get back to you in 24hrs.

Things to note:

- All toys currently in holding needs to be returned for the security deposit to be refunded back.

- The membership of the current plan cannot be canceled before its validity expires (cancellation policy applies).

We’ll definitely miss you and we would like to know your preferences, what you are looking for and how we can do better. But if it’s not the right fit, you’re free to cancel anytime.

⚠️ Full Refund: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of activation for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date the refund request is received.

After 14 Days

Quarter Plans: The entire amount of ₹3,999 will be deducted, and the plan will remain active for the full quarter.

Annual Plans: If a member decides to cancel their Annual Plan, charges will be calculated at ₹1,333 per month for the quarters used (based on the Quarterly Plan price of ₹3,999). The remaining amount will be refunded. Members can choose to continue using the service until the end of the current quarter or opt for an immediate cancellation, with the applicable deductions made.
