How delivery works

The EleFant is a toy and book library — not an e-commerce store. When you subscribe, you are not buying toys; you are getting access to a curated library of 1,000+ premium, sanitised toys and books delivered directly to your home. Delivery scheduling is communicated through the EleFant app. All orders must be placed through the app.

Delivery coverage

We currently deliver across select cities in India. To check if we deliver to your pincode, download the EleFant app and enter your address when placing an order. If your area is not yet serviceable, write to us at hello@theelefant.ai and we will notify you as soon as we expand to your city.

How to place an order

All orders are placed exclusively through the EleFant app. Once your membership is active, browse our catalogue, add toys to your bag, and confirm your order. Our team will coordinate delivery and keep you updated through the app.

Doorstep exchange

The EleFant runs on a simple exchange model. When you are ready for something new, place a new order on the app. Our delivery partner will bring your new toys and pick up the previous set at the same doorstep visit — no drop-offs required on your end.

You keep the toys as long as your child is enjoying them. There are no fixed return deadlines. However, return pickups must be completed within 21 days of a return request being raised. This window may be updated from time to time and will be communicated through the app.

Hygiene and packaging

Every toy is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and quality-checked before being packed for delivery. If you receive a toy that appears damaged or incomplete upon delivery, contact us within 24 hours at hello@theelefant.ai or call +91 22 4618 4888.
